The boat has been recently updated in most areas.From a comfort stand point it has 2 cabins, a full kitchen including Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, trash compacter and garbage disposal.From the mechanical side it has a 350 CID powerplant on the Port side that was refreshed in 2011 with around 50 hours. The starboard side 350 CID was reworked in 2008 and has limited hours as well. The seller states the engines are very clean and run good. It has a Halon system in the engine compartment. THe seller reports the outdrives were replaced in 2009 and also have very few hours.This is an all aluminum hull. The bottom was last painted in 2010. It is a high bow in the Lazy Days design style. The furnishings go with the buyer along with the new sofa sleeper in the Salon. The seller also states there are many spare parts that will be included. The storage area under the Salon is in excellent shape. The ceiling in the main bedroom was replaced. The kitchen ceiling will need replacing in the future due to an air conditioning leak was repair. The overall condition of the interior is good with some repairs that will need to be done in time. Also taking up the carpet on the lower deck and replacing it The exterior condition is in good shape. The upper deck was redone last year and is currently reworking the Flybridge.All in all for the age the boat as reported by the seller appears to be in good condition for a 1977 boat.
